The flooring is an espresso brown solid hardwood Serengui and is absolutely gorgeous.
Our espresso trim is used in the entire dwelling and helps create a warm and luxurious feel.
The windows are custom and cased in old growth Douglas fir. The bedroom and the bathroom window open to create perfect airflow when you’re not using the very efficient mini-split that will heat or cool the dwelling in less than 10 minutes.
